Contact our dedicated customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your freeze dryer and accessories in the original industrial-grade packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Shipment and Tracking
Arrange for freight or standard shipping via a carrier of your choice and provide our team with the tracking information to monitor your return's progress.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
